Free workshop to explore fake news, the role of media and its regulation.

Thanks to the generous sponsorship of FTI Consulting, we are able to offer students from specially selected schools an opportunity to work closely with communications specialists and professionals to examine the role of media, fake news and regulation.

During this session, students will be supported to understand key information about the media and how it is regulated. It will also look in detail at how the media has changed, and the ways that students can identify bias in reporting or fake news in the information they access.

This workshop will allow your students to explore:

  • The role of different media in our daily lives
  • Fake news and bias in the media
  • How the media is held to account.

This session is now fully booked.
