Recruiting: Programmes Administrator

Young Citizens is looking for a new Programmes Administrator

Programme Administrators are central to the organisation as they help us to deliver our work to benefit over 200,000 young people, annually. They play a major part in enabling us to meet the goals set out in our strategic plan, including expanding our reach into more UK schools and increasing the depth of impact of our work with more skilled intermediaries.

The Programmes Administrator will play a vital role within the Programmes Team supporting the delivery of Young Citizens projects and events for schools across the UK, working closely with teachers and legal professionals who volunteer to support the delivery of our Mock Trials Competitions, our suppliers and other stakeholders. As the range of our work is constantly evolving, you may also be involved in delivering new programmes as needs change.

In addition to joining a friendly, dynamic and supportive staff team, Young Citizens offers a generous employee benefits package including an 8% employer pension contribution, 28 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays) and volunteering leave. We even give you your birthday off!

The job description and person specification can be found in the Recruitment Pack.

Interested? To apply for this exciting opportunity and join the team, please send an up-to-date copy of your CV, and a personal statement detailing how you meet the person specification. Please note CV’s without a cover letter will not be considered. These documents should be sent to recruitmentHR@youngcitizens.org.

The closing date for applications is 9am, 12th August (9am) 2019, with interviews taking place on Friday 16th August.
