Full time, permanent
Salary: £18,500 to £19,500
Closing date: 24th September 2018
Interview date: 27th September 2018

This varied role is central to supporting our team of Young Citizens Programmes Coordinators as they deliver our programmes. You will play a major part in helping us to meet our target of working with half of UK schools, 10,000 intermediaries, and impacting 200,000 young people each year; and in helping us achieve our financial targets.

This role will be particularly focused on supporting our Mock Trial Competitions and our primary school focused citizenship programmes although you will be involved in the wider support of the work of the charity and other programmes as our needs evolve.

Our Programme Administrator will need to be efficient, diligent and super-organised, helping to ensure that all our programmes run smoothly and represent a quality experience for all those involved. You will be in contact with a wide range of legal professionals, teachers and pupils of all ages so you'll be great at communicating both over the phone and in writing. Being an IT-whizz is also vital to keep everything on track. We are also looking for someone who is able to travel to support events across the country and who is happy to pitch in when things get busy (which can happen a lot!)

In return, you'll have the opportunity to stretch yourself and develop new skills whilst working for an ambitious and caring charity which makes a real difference to the lives of thousands of our young citizens every year.
