Full time, permanent
Salary: £21,000 to £23,000
Closing date: 16th August 2018

Young Citizens’ Programmes Coordinators are central to the organisation as they deliver our programmes. They play a major part in helping us to meet our target of working with half of UK schools, 10,000 intermediaries, and impacting 200,000 young people each year; and in helping us achieve our financial targets.

This role will be particularly focused on delivering our longest running programme, the Bar Mock Trial Competition, and one of our newest initiatives, the Independent Schools Mock Trial Competition but as the range of our programmes is constantly evolving, you may also be involved in delivering other programmes as needs change.

Programmes Coordinators are expected to help with innovation – keeping current citizenship programme products up to date, and developing new ones to meet new demands.  They will also help with monitoring and evaluating their programmes according to our standard evaluation criteria.

Our Programmes Coordinators may be required to work across subject areas (law, economics, social action, etc) and across educational phases and settings (mainly primary and secondary) but this role will generally focus on the mock trials we offer to secondary schools.
