The Big Legal Lesson 2023 (Secondary)

Join our national classroom campaign to start a conversation about the law in schools!

Overview

The law affects every aspect of our lives, but young people rarely learn about it in the classroom. We want to empower teachers to start a conversation about the law in schools.

#TheBigLegalLesson provides the tools you need to confidently introduce the law into their classrooms. Our free resource pack includes:

  • A 15-minute legal taster activity exploring how the law affects are daily lives
  • A full lesson plan which examines what the law is, who has the power to change it and how these changes affect the lives of young people

Spread the word! Download our media pack to help you:

  • share your work on social media
  • contact your local MP
  • reach out to the local press
