Olivier is Director of Research & Development for an international technology company, where he leads innovation, engineering, and product development across the UK and Spain. He also chairs the company’s subsidiary board, bringing experience in governance, strategy, and organisational leadership.
Throughout his career, Olivier has worked at the intersection of technology, innovation, and societal impact, with experience spanning climate technologies, product innovation, and international operations. He is passionate about empowering young people to engage with the challenges and opportunities shaping society, from democracy and ethics to sustainability and AI, and to become the leaders of tomorrow.
Olivier holds an MSc in Communication Systems Engineering from the University of Kent and a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from France. He joined the Board of Trustees of Young Citizens in 2026 and is keen to bring his experience in innovation, governance, and strategic partnerships to help strengthen the organisation’s long-term impact.
