Senior Finance Manager
Davina is our Senior Finance Manager, responsible for leading the charity’s financial planning, management, and reporting. She plays a key role in maintaining strong financial controls, supporting effective governance, and ensuring the organisation’s resources are managed to achieve its strategic objectives.
Before joining the charity, Davina managed the finances and membership services for a not-for-profit professional association that delivered diploma qualifications, awarded Certificated Professional status, and organised community events and an annual awards ceremony. This role gave her valuable experience of the financial and operational needs of education and membership organisations.
With 14 years of experience across the Manufacturing, Media, and Not-for-Profit sectors, Davina has extensive expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and process improvement. She is passionate about strengthening financial systems, supporting informed decision-making, and helping the charity achieve long-term sustainability.
