Senior Operations Manager
Kirsty joined Young Citizens in September 2022 as our Partnerships Manager, where she managed our large portfolio of corporate partnerships and ran our volunteering programmes, helping students access inspiring educational encounters with professionals. She is now working in the leadership team managing our transformation projects, supporting our wider team and strategy. Kirsty completed an Open University degree specialising in Mental Health, Counselling and Forensic Psychology, which piqued her interest in joining the charity sector.
