Young Citizens secures first Charity of the Year partnership

Young Citizens proud to partner in its inaugural Charity of the Year corporate partnership

In 2019 Young Citizens celebrated its 30th anniversary since its formation. It was also shortlisted by the Charity Times Awards for the Charity of the Year Award. With the increased media profile of our work, we have received further good news with the decision that Constructive Space will be raising funds for us during 2020.

Introducing Constructive Space

Constructive Space is a London-based business providing award winning office design and build services within the UK and overseas. They work with an extensive range of clients from many sectors by creating tailored workspaces to match their client’s needs. Both for clients moving into new space or refurbishing their existing premises. In business since 1977, their director-led approach has helped Constructive Space maintain best-in-class customer service for over 3 decades.

“We have supported some excellent charities in recent years including the Tim Henman Foundation and CHICKS. We have been incredibly impressed by the work of Young Citizens and the role they serve in preparing young people for society. We are excited to be partnering with them next year and helping them to achieve even greater things.” – Nick Hull, Director, Constructive Space

Meanwhile, in what marks a very successful year for Young Citizens, Richard John, Director of Partnerships and Communications commented:

“Young Citizens has been fortunate to benefit from many longstanding strategic partners, but today is a little special as it marks our first Charity of the Year partnership in our history. We are excited at the prospect of working closely with Constructive Space over the year ahead to raise greater awareness of our work.”
