Your purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide transformative citizenship programmes, enabling young people to become active, engaged and informed citizens.
You’ll methodically lead a large network of schools to take part in our programming and help us roll out strong system updates along the way. You’ll drive the impact of our programmes by delivering programmes on the ground that are high-quality, engaging and continually improving, shaping the citizenship experiences we create for young people.
Alongside this, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships with schools in our network, supporting long-term engagement, contributing to the growth of our programmes and helping schools maximise the impact of our work.
