Volunteer Behind The Scenes

Who should consider this opportunity?

Whether you have a digital talent, administrative skills or want to offer your pro-bono support, you could help us behind the scenes and play a valuable role in helping us keep the show on the road.

Our work ranges from immersive learning programmes to empowering social action projects. We also support teachers with specialist training and resources for classroom delivery. All of our work has a single aim: to help young people be active citizens for life.

How can you get involved?

Programme volunteer – As a programme volunteer, you will assist the operations of our programmes. This could include helping us with our school communications, facilitating our Mock Trial events, or reviewing our primary and secondary school resources. This role typically requires a contribution of 1-2 days a week over 6 months. It’s a great opportunity for young people wishing to enhance their CV and channel their voice into our programmes.

Administrative support – Have you got an eye for detail? Are you a whizz with Microsoft office? Do you have a professional skill-set that could support our internal team? Our Admin volunteers typically support us across the organisation on an ad-hoc basis – a small contribution can have a big impact!

Digital skills volunteer – In the past, our digital skills volunteers have been involved with a variety of projects, from video editing, to writing inspiring articles and blogs, to managing our social media. This role is a project-based commitment with a time commitment of around a few hours a week over 1-2 months. Ideal for individuals looking to boost their skills portfolio.
