What Are Human Rights?

Overview

In this lesson pupils will explore what human rights are. They will examine individual human rights and discuss why they are of primary importance to all people and society.

Pupils will be given a basic overview of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and how the law in the UK protects all citizens’ human rights.
