Young Citizens is an education charity working in primary and secondary schools across the UK to help educate, inspire and equip the active citizens of tomorrow.
We provide immersive experiences that build every young persons’ citizenship skills and robust resources that help educators in schools and beyond engage young people in the complex issues of today.
In our thirty-year history, we have mobilised more than 300,000 young people to take social action, engaged over 150,000 young people in understanding the law and the legal system and reached over 1 million young people with our citizenship programmes and classroom resources.
