In our brand new KS2 resource pupils explore what governments and citizens all over the world are doing to tackle climate change.

 

Overview

Between 1st-12th November 2021 the COP26 will take place in Glasgow. Explore what the COP26 is and what it aims to achieve in our latest resource.

By the end of these lessons pupils will be able to:

• Explain what the COP26 is;
• Explain what the four goals of the COP26 are and why they are important;
• Describe what actions the UK has taken to reduce carbon emissions;
• Plan and carry out a number of actions to reduce their schools carbon emissions.
